Get access to your Adyen account

Access Customer Area Test

Before getting access to Essentials, you’ll  need to fill in the application form on our Customer Area Test platform. 

Once your company requests your onboarding, you’ll receive a welcome email from do-not-reply@adyen.com containing login credentials.  Log into your account, create a password, and save it. 

If you own multiple legal entities, you will receive multiple application forms, however, you only need to set your password once.

Note: This link expires within 2 weeks, and may arrive in your spam folder. 

Once your password is saved, you can log into ca-test.adyen.com and fill in your application form.

Access Essentials

Once your application is approved, you’ll get access to Adyen Essentials. 

You’ll receive a welcome email from do-not-reply@adyen.com containing login credentials. Log into your account, create a password, save it, and set up your multi-factor authentication. Note: Your password can be the same as for the Test account, however since you’re setting up a new account, you will also need to set up a new multi factor authentication. Please make sure to save your password.

Once you’re logged in, you can start using Essentials.
