How to set up email notifications

You can subscribe to important email notifications such as fraud and chargeback notices in Essentials.

To set it up:

  1. Log in to Essentials.

  2. If you have several merchant accounts, switch to the merchant account for which you want to set up the subscription. You need to set up a separate subscription for each merchant account.

  3. Go to Notification settings and select which one you’d like to get by email.

  4. Select Save.

Note: By default, the admin user of your account is automatically subscribed to all notifications.
