What happens to my sub-merchant's processing/payout capabilities during the review process?

Capabilities that were allowed at the time the full review is triggered get a grace period. Soft capabilities (e.g. payment processing capabilities) get a 60 day grace period; hard capabilities (e.g. payout capabilities) get a 30 day grace period.
