Why do I see long Pending status despite providing all the KYC documents?

When an Account Holder updates their KYC information and uploads new documents, the status changes to ‘Pending’ written on their KYC status.

This status can remain for multiple days because the newly uploaded documents are awaiting review by the internal KYC team.

The review is done manually. A member of the KYC team opens the documents and verifies their content for authenticity, and then matches it to the data provided by the Account Holder.

The KYC team takes 2-3 days to verify Account Holders slotted for manual review.

Please wait for up to 3 days and if still the status is showing ‘Pending’ then you can reach out to Adyen Support with the Account Holder code and ask for a resolution.
