How can I generate an API key?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have one of the following user roles:

  • Manage API Credentials

  • Merchant Admin

To generate an API Key:

  1. Log in to your Customer Area.
  2. Navigate to Developers > API credentials, and and select the credential for your integration, for example ws@Company.[YourCompanyAccount].
  3. Under Authentication, select Generate New API Key.
  4. Copy and securely store the API key in your system — you won't be able to restore it later. If your API key is lost or compromised, you need to generate a new one.
  5. Select Save at the bottom of the page.
