Can I resend events I already accepted?

Resending accepted events isn’t possible

Webhook events correctly accepted by your server endpoint are marked as completed in Adyen and later removed. Accordingly, resending these events isn’t possible.

If your servers reject a specific event, our system attempts to deliver it for the next few days.

Alternatively, you can populate the missing information by using the several reports available on the Customer Area and adding this to your ERP systems. For example, reports such as the received payments report will provide a comprehensive overview of customer details.
