Why has my request for Accelerated Sales Day Payout been rejected?

Non-supported currency

 

(Accelerated) Sales Day Payout is not available if more than 20% of the transaction volume is processed in currencies other than listed in the Sales Day Payout - Terms of Service (see 1.2 Payout Day), and/or in case transactions are acquired outside the country/region of the applicable currency. 

Funds will be made available through the default Sales Day Payout delay.

 

Accelerated Sales Day Payout is not available for your merchant account at the moment. Reach out to your account manager for more information.


Non-supported payment method mix

 

(Accelerated) Sales Day Payout is not available for certain payment methods where the relevant acquirer or scheme owner settles structurally later than the settlement day or settles in an unpredictable manner. 

Funds will be made available through standard pass-through settlement, i.e. if and when the settlement funds are received by Adyen from the relevant scheme owner or acquirer.

 

Accelerated Sales Day Payout is not available for your merchant account as long as more than 25% of the volume consists of payment methods that structurally settle to Adyen later than the configured payout delay.

Requested by error

You requested the wrong delay or changed your mind regarding the request.

We have been informed by your account manager and rejected the request for you.






You can easily submit a new request in the customer area for your preferred payout model and payout delay. 

To resubmit:

  1. Log in to the Customer Area
  2. Go to Finance
  3. Go to Payout Model
  4. Select Change (top right corner)
  5. Follow the steps as indicated

Financial assessment

Based on a thorough financial analysis required to mitigate the additional risk associated with our Accelerated Sales Day Payout solution, we are not able to enable Accelerated Sales Day Payout at this point in time.
