How can my franchisee check a payment status on their POS terminal?

View payment status on a terminal

  1. Open the menu on your device:
    • On a non-Android terminal, open the Admin menu > Transactions.
    • On an Android terminal, select Transactions > History.
  2. The terminal will display a list with the last 100 processed transactions on the device. Each transaction shows its current status (Approved, Refused, Canceled).
