What should I do if a franchisee lost a terminal?
If you lost a terminal or if it was stolen, report this to Support as soon as possible. The support team can deactivate a terminal so that it can’t be used to issue refunds or process any fraudulent transactions.
Note: Remember to include the serial number of the lost terminal (if known) and when you noticed it was lost.
