How can I reduce the Giving display time on my terminal?

The display time for Giving on your terminal can be adjusted by our support team to suit your business needs. 

There are two different types of screens: 

• Donation selection screen: This is where customers select a donation amount. If the customer doesn't take action, the screen will automatically close after 30 seconds. Refer to our documentation on modifying your terminal settings for Giving to adjust this time in your Customer Area.
• Donation payment screen: This is where customers present their card for payment after they have chosen the donation amount. The card presentation screen lasts for 30 seconds.
