How can I manage Block and trust rules?

Block and trust rules, also known as Referral rules, allow you to Block or Allow specific shopper attributes.

For example:

  • Email address
  • IP address
  • Phone number
  • Etc.

The Allow and Block list risk rules are enabled by default in your risk profile.

You can easily add or remove entries from the lists by clicking on “See and edit referral list”.
