How do I assign a risk profile to multiple merchant accounts?
Do you have the right user role?
Please check whether you have one of the following user roles:
Merchant Change Risk Settings
Risk Admin
Risk Profiles can be assigned to an individual merchant account or to multiple merchant accounts.
In order to assign multiple merchant accounts to a certain risk profile, you will need to access the Customer Area > Risk profiles > Select the specific risk profile > select the desired merchant accounts in the field “Used by”.
Once the selection is completed, the risk profile needs to be saved.
