How do I check the status of a pay by link payment?
After the shopper completes the payment, you can check the payment result in your Customer Area, under Transactions > Payments.
If the shopper wasn’t able to successfully pay the payment link, you can check if an offer has been created, under Transactions > Offers.
In both cases, you can use the merchant reference if you don’t have a PSP reference.
You can view payments made via pay by link in your Customer Area:
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Select Pay by Link > Payment Links.
Once you’ve located the payment link (by using the filter options), click on it and check the Link details page to see payment/s made for that payment link and check their statuses by clicking on the PSP reference under Shopper initiated payment.
