アカウントにアクセスできません。MFA方式をリセットするにはどうすればよいですか?
If you are no longer able to access the code generated by your multifactor authentication method, you can reset your MFA.
Please reach out to your account admin and request that they reset your MFA method. You will be prompted to re-add an MFA method the next time you log in.
- In the Customer Area, from the left-hand navigation, select Settings > Users.
- Search for the user for whom they would like to reset the MFA method.
- Click into that User's details and scroll down to Multifactor authentication.
- Click the bin icon to remove the MFA method.
