If you have accidentally transferred funds to an Adyen bank account, please reach out to our Support team with the following information:
- Recipient IBAN
- Sender IBAN
- Date of transfer
- Amount
- Currency
- Transfer description
If possible, please also include proof of transfer from your bank.
If the funds have not yet been matched to a transaction, our team will locate and return the funds.
In cases where the funds have been matched to a transaction, you will need to contact the merchant directly.
