Transfer funds between accounts
You can manually control the balance of individual account holders by transferring funds from one account to another. To successfully manage your fund transfer, your source account needs to have a positive balance and be allowed for payout. The destination account should be allowed for processing.
Fund transfers can be performed via the API (/transfers) or in the Balance Platform Customer Area. There are two types of internal fund transfers that can be performed:
- On-demand internal fund transfers to initiate transfers without fixing a schedule
- Scheduled internal funds transfers that pull or push funds from one balance account to another automatically
