Upcoming changes to payment-oriented reports as of August, 2023

In August and September 2023, we will be making changes to our payment-oriented reports in order to improve reliability and consistency.

What actions are required from my side?

If you download reports automatically or ingest manually downloaded reports into your system, these changes may cause issues with your data ingestion pipelines. This is because we are moving away from the Postgres database-oriented reporting in order to leverage our Big Data Platform for reporting. For you, this will mean faster report generation times and improved reliability for reporting.

Leveraging new technology to generate reports can result in minor differences; therefore, your automated report pipelines may need to be changed in order to continue ingesting reports as usual. We cannot do this for you, as it depends on your internal set-up.
