How to refund a payment
This video explains how to refund a payment. Easily find the payment you want to refund in the Customer Area and follow the steps.Â
We start by logging in to the Customer Area.
We then find the payment we want to refund.
The status will be ‘SentForSettled’ or ‘Settled’.
Click on the payment, then select "Manage payments".
Here, you can choose to refund the payment. Check the box "refund this payment", and select the amount that you want to refund.
Finally, click on "Refund payment" to confirm the request.
