If the issue can’t be resolved and the terminal needs to be replaced, you can request a replacement or return in your Customer Area.
Note: If you’re not subscribed to the Terminal Replacement Service, you'll have to order a new terminal and return the faulty one to comply with PCI-DSS regulations.
