The phone number is giving an error although the franchisee is filling in the correct one
Check if number is filled in correctly
If your franchisee is receiving an error for the phone number field, most probably there’s some incorrect format or number for their specific country/region filled in.
Check:
- The amount of digits (too short or too long)
- The country/region chosen
- The country/region prefix. It should start with a “+”.
- If there are any brackets or dashes between the numbers
