When will my Franchisee's account be live after resubmitting their application?
Resubmit an application
You need to resubmit the application if the information or documents initially provided were deemed insufficient. To be successfully onboarded, a number of datapoints have to be verified to be compliant with the regulations for financial institutions (e.g., legal company name).
If there’s any typos or mistakes in the application, we’ll send it back to you to change your input data in the application form.
Tip: The account will go live after all necessary checks are approved and there isn’t a more specific time frame for this process. Our franchisee team will handle the screening as soon as possible.
