How can I check if refunds are enabled for my terminals?
Whether refunds are enabled on your terminal is a setting that can be changed under the settings menu.
To check whether refunds are enabled:
- Log into the Adyen Customer Area
- Navigate to Point of Sale > Terminals
- Locate your terminal in the list and click on the serial number to access the details page
- On the next screen, click on the Payment features tab and scroll down to Refunds to see the current value of this setting
