How can I enable the staff menu option on my terminal?
Activate staff menu
The staff or else custom menu allows a subset of admin menu options to store staff with a different PIN or no PIN.
Tip: To activate the staff menu, contact our support team and let them know which options you wish to activate on the staff menu.
Access staff menu
Note: The staff or else custom menu is available only for Verifone terminals.
- Press 1 and then the Confirm key on your Verifone terminal.
- If required, enter the staff menu PIN and the Confirm key again.
