How can I modify my payment method settings

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have the following user role:

  • Merchant Admin

You can modify your payment method settings from your Customer Area (test or live).

Select your merchant account, then go to Settings > Payment methods. 

Using the checkboxes on the left hand side of the screen, select the payment method you would like to modify. A number of options will appear; 

  • Activate - Activate the selected payment methods. Please note that methods that have been disabled by Adyen cannot be activated. Please reach out to our Support team if activating a payment method fails. 
  • Deactivate - Deactivate the selected payment methods
  • Change weight 
  • Change country

You can modify multiple payment methods at once.
