What is Salesforce OMS ?

The Adyen Payments App - Order Management System (OMS) is an order management solution for your ecommerce site. The Salesforce Order Management System is a single platform for managing orders, customer records, fulfillment, inventory visibility, payments and invoicing, and customer care.

The integration works together with payment solutions provided by Salesforce B2B Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Getting started with Salesforce OMS

To integrate with Salesforce Order Management System you can refer to our Docs page here. Note the integration only works when you also have a Salesforce B2B Commerce account or a Salesforce Commerce Cloud account.

First, make sure you have a test account with Adyen. Then, integrate with the Salesforce Order Management System.
