Can I change the uploaded documentation for a chargeback?

  • Merchant Dispute Management

No, it is not possible to change the uploaded documentation for disputes. Once the defense documents have been submitted through the Customer Area or with the Dispute API, they are immediately forwarded to the scheme. It is no longer possible to change, remove, or add documents at this stage.
