How can I defend a chargeback for SEPA/Carte Bancaire?

SEPA Direct Debit disputes are not defendable. The disputes are considered lost immediately upon receipt and the funds are deducted from your account.

There is no interbank scheme for SEPA Direct Debit (as there is for credit cards) that facilitates a dispute defense process.

To resolve SEPA Direct Debit disputes, we advise you to contact the shopper directly.
