How do I use reports to monitor disputes?
Once you have defended a chargeback, you can start monitoring the outcome through the Customer Area or the disputes reporting. The dispute reporting allows you to monitor the outcomes of the chargebacks as well as the trends over time. You can generate and download the reports manually or automatically.

You can use:
- The dispute transaction details report to find incoming disputes booked on a daily basis
- The interactive payment accounting report to review chargebacks over a longer period of time
- The Customer Area chargeback report to have an interactive dashboard and an overview of your disputes
