If you see the wrong card appearing in your card user’s Wallet application, you need to check if you have included the right configuration profile ID when you created the card (payment instrument).Â
The configuration profile id is a value that should have been communicated to you by your Implementation manager when you went LIVE.
Please start including the value of your configuration profile for all the future cards you are going to create. If you have the list of payment instruments that are displaying the wrong card art please reach out to issuingsupport@adyen.com.
