Where can I find the refund letter?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have the following user role:

  • View payments

If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.

Find your refund letters

  1. Log in to your Customer Area.
  2. Go to Transactions > Payments.
  3. Select the PSP Reference of the payment you want to refund.
  4. In Payment details, go to Refund letter and find the refund letter (if available).

Tip: When a shopper reaches out with questions for a refund, send them the refund letter as proof they were refunded.

Note: Refund letters are available for payments made via Adyen Acquiring, Visa, or Mastercard.
