How do I manage Shopper DNA rules?
Do you have the right user role?
Please check whether you have one of the following user roles:
Merchant Change Risk Settings
Risk Admin
If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.
There are 18 different ShopperDNA rules. Most of these have a configuration option. The way to manage these rules depends on the type of shopper behavior merchants would like to prevent. Every merchant has a default risk profile assigned to their account, which also includes ShopperDNA rules.
The following rules are recommended for review:
- Authorized transaction amount velocity
- Shopper authorized velocity
With these rules, you can identify shoppers that have a higher than average spending behavior.
