If you are not able to access an authenticator app, you can try use of the following options:
- Configure single-sign On (SSO) for your company. If your company uses SSO, then you can connect Adyen to your identity provider.
- Configure MFA using SMS. This is an alternative to an authenticator app, but it does still require users to receive a code on their phones via SMS.
