The Adobe Commerce plugin uses webhook events that trigger changes to the order statuses in the Adobe Commerce backend system. 

Reasons your order might be pending

• The offer is abandoned.
• The capture settings in Adyen and Adobe Commerce don’t match.
• There’s a technical/configuration issue with webhooks:
  • Adobe Commerce isn’t receiving webhook events properly.
  • Issues with webhooks related to cron job configurations.
