How to use the payment lifecycle dashboards in the CA?
We start by logging into the Customer Area.
We find the dashboards under “Insights” and “Payment lifecycle”.
This video will explain how to use the dashboards, set filters and breakdowns. These settings are the same across all payment lifecycle dashboards.
First let's make sure our settings are correct. Click on the settings icon to view and change your settings.
Here we can change the currency in which the dashboard is displayed.
Now, let's look at the filters on top.
Here we can set a date range, we either select from the list or choose a custom range.
We can choose if we want the data in the dashboard broken down by day, week, or month.
When you click submit it will confirm your choices.
In the filter options to the right, we can select one or multiple filter criteria.
We can choose to see two different issuer countries.
We can also select more filters under the “More filters” button.
By clicking on the cross, we remove the filters.
Now, let’s scroll down.
In the breakdown section, we can choose multiple lenses to see our payments data.
Suppose we are interested in Visa. By clicking on the three dots we can apply a quick filter, and dig deeper into our data.
Back at the top right we see 4 buttons.
The first allows you to download the data from this dashboard, you can choose which sections you want to download.
"Or you can share this dashboard with others by sending them a link.
This link will already include the filters and date range that you have set".
Clicking on the “i” button will show you the information panel, this has more information on the definitions and data in the dashboard.
It also includes a payments glossary, and an option to re-launch the onboarding flow, where we take you through the dashboard step by step.
