What is Auto-funding and how do I set it up?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have one the following user roles:

  • Merchant Financial

  • Merchant Admin

Automatically fill up your Reserve

With auto-funding you can automatically fill up your Reserve to make sure you have sufficient funds for refunds, chargebacks, and other operational expenses.

When auto-funding is set up we initiate a direct debit payment when the reserve balance drops below a configured threshold. The funds will automatically be debited from the bank account you receive the payouts.

Manage your Reserve

  1. Log in to your Customer Area, and switch to the merchant account.
  2. Go to Finance > Balances (Merchant) > Control your balances > Auto-funding.

Note: Auto-funding is available for payout bank accounts in EUR, GBP and USD only.
