Why does my Settlement Details report not generate?

The Settlement Details report is generated 2 hours after the payable closing time. An overview of all payable closing time settings per merchant account is available in your Customer Area on the company account under Finance > Payout model. If you're being paid out twice a week, you can expect two Settlement Details reports for that period. 

Reports can only be generated when the batch closes. There are a number of reasons why a settlement batch can't close at the expected payable closing time. For example if no bank or an incorrect bank account was set up or payouts are blocked on your account. You can check both of these for yourself following the links.
