What should I do if users forgot their card PIN?
If a card user forgot the PIN of their physical card, you can retrieve the PIN via the PIN reveal functionality. You can implement this functionality in the card partner’s website or platform.
Note: It’s not possible to reset the PIN if you haven’t implemented this functionality first. Therefore, you’ll have to order a new card.
