As a Partner, you can get support by: 

  1. Signing up as an official Adyen partner.
  2. Get access to the Partner Portal to enable tools such as Merchant Access and get support from commercial partner manager (partnermanager@adyen.com) and technical support (partnersupport@adyen.com).
