How to use the sales day payout dashboard in Essentials?

In order to get more insights into your sales and payouts, we offer the Sales Day Payout Dashboard.

We start by logging in to Essentials, then, under the Finance tab, click ‘payouts’.

"The Sales tab shows the status of all sales and refunds that have been processed."

The Payouts tab shows all sales that were paid out.

You can select the time period for which you would like to view sales and payouts "This overview shows a summary of sales for the selected configuration."

The history shows the pending, ready for payout, and payout transactions. If you scroll down you will also see an overview of your refunds history.

Here, you will find the original sales amount and a breakdown of the refunds, costs, adjustments which will result in the payout you receive on your bank account.

Again, you can select the period and day of interest.

To find more information on the batch, its payout status, the count and payment methods involved; unfold the details tab.

"Note, that if you are on a Sales Day Payout payout model, you will see that the Sales amount on the Sales tab will correspond to the Sales amount on the payouts."

We do not pay out during the weekend.

The Payouts tab also allows you to download Settlement Details Report.
