Why the application was rejected by Adyen

To ensure compliance, Adyen will verify the information provided in your franchisee application. 

If your application is rejected, it can be due to:

  • Incorrect or insufficient information: For example, your application contains typos or insufficient bank details. In this case, we’ll notify you and explain which details need correcting.

  • More time needed to complete verifications: In some cases, we require more time to perform mandatory security checks (e.g. bank account, company registration, etc.). Depending on the additional verifications needed, you’ll either receive a request for more information or will need to wait longer.
