How do I get a payout confirmation letter?

Do you have the right user role?

Please check whether you have the following user role:

  • Download payout confirmation letter

  • Balance Platform Merchant Admin

If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.

The payout letter

After the payout is confirmed, you can download the payout letter from your Customer Area and share it with the account holder. To download the letter, you must have the Allow the user to download the payout confirmation letter or Merchant Extended MarketPlace role assigned to your Customer Area user.

Note: If the payout letter isn’t available, it means the payout was initiated but hasn't been confirmed yet. If this takes more than 5 business days, contact our Support Team.
