Why does the pre-filled form not submit when I have saved all the changes?

Common fixes

If a pre-filled form doesn’t submit when you have saved all of the changes, try one of the following common fixes:

  • Make sure you have filled in all fields. If the field is not relevant to you, eg. province/state, please fill in ‘NA’ or ‘XX’
  • Please add a new Shareholder, Director, or Signatory first before deleting the old information. 
  • Make sure you do not have other Customer Area tabs open, as this may cause issues when completing the review.
