What is Adyen's billing structure?
Adyen billing structure
Adyen bills according to the data and legal entities listed in the KYC-data core (our legal database).
By default, if a merchant account has a different legal entity than the company account, the merchant account will receive its own invoice. All the merchant accounts with the same legal entity as the company account will share an invoice with the company account.
We can also enable merchant billing, which means that every merchant account receives its own invoice. If the merchant account has the same legal entity as the company account we can issue a separate invoice.
If all merchant billing is enabled (all merchants receive an invoice), we still issue a company invoice. The company invoice provides an overview of all fees charged on the total account and includes any corrections or additional company-level products.
Note: It’s not possible to invoice stores or the principal place of business.
