Franchisee can't find the application form for their store, what can I do?
Choose the right merchant account
When you have multiple stores, you have to fill in multiple application forms through Essentials. All of the application forms linked to your username can be found there.
To select a different application form than the one you’re currently viewing, follow these steps:
- Log in to Essentials using your credentials for the Test environment.
- Select the Merchant Account you want to fill in the application form for.
- The application form should now load, and you’re able to edit the application.
