Franchisee completed the application, but can't submit it, what can I do?
Check if all entered data is correct
If your franchisee can’t submit the application, make sure all data entered is in the right format.
Check for example:
- Format of phone number
- Account number
- Business registration number
Check if all mandatory fields are filled in
- Select Show (see picture) to view any empty fields.
- Make sure to fill them in and submit the application.
On the left side of the page you can see which sections of the application form have been filled in correctly by an indication of a green check or red cross. This way you can see at a glance which section requires changes.
