How can I track my terminal order?
Do you have the right user role?
Please check whether you have one of the following user roles:
Merchant Terminal Order
Merchant Terminal Return
Merchant Terminal Replacement
If you don't have the required user role, please reach out to your admin.
Track your order
Once you place an order for a new terminal, you’ll be able to follow it through your Customer Area.
- Log in to your Customer Area.
- Switch to your merchant account.
- Go to In-person payments > Orders and returns.
- Click on the order, then on the pop-out showing up on the right, then click on the name of the courier company under Track & Trace.
- You should now be able to view the shipping details. Use them to track your order.
Tip: If you experience issues with the delivery, contact the courier company to schedule a more suitable delivery time.
