Connect terminals to a network
Depending on your terminal model, you can connect the terminal to a network with Wifi, Ethernet, Cellular network, or Bluetooth.
- Ethernet
- Wi-Fi
- Cellular
- Bluetooth Base Station (available for V400m terminals)
- Bluetooth beacon (usingiBeacon protocol)
- Bluetooth PAN/tethering (Only Available for e280 or e285 terminals)
Tip: View the type of connections available for each terminal model and follow terminal instructions per device model.
Connect terminals to a secure or hidden network
To connect a terminal to a network with a pre-loaded certificate or one that’s not visible by scanning, use a network profile.
You can set up network profiles in your Customer Area to provide complex connection information to terminals for secure networks.
