How can I solve a problem with my Paypal account and payments?
If you are having trouble with your PayPal integration, make sure you have followed the steps described in our integration guides, paying special attention to setting up your third party API permissions.
If you encounter an issue with a specific transaction, you can check the Acquirer Response in the Payment Details page by going to Customer Area > Transactions > Payments and select the payment that you want. You can then refer to our documentation or in PayPal’s more comprehensive list of API Error Codes, to better understand what is causing your issue.
