What is NetSuite (Oracle) and how does it work?
What is Netsuite?
Netsuite is an integrated cloud software suite, including business accounting, ERP, CRM, and ecommerce software. Companies use NetSuite for enterprise resource planning (ERP) and to manage inventory, track their financials, host e-commerce stores and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Our NetSuite bundles give you access to all the features of Adyen in one integration. Accept all major global and local payment methods, both online and in-store using our point-of-sale (POS) solution.
Getting started with NetSuite
Start by setting up a NetSuite account and then, follow this guide to set up the Adyen plugin for NetSuite. Additionally, ask our support team to enable the API PCI role on your web service user.
Enable Pay By Link
NetSuite supports a PBL feature for which you can find a guide on Adyen Docs.
Prevent errors
Errors in Netsuite can be caused when the set up is incorrect in your Adyen Customer Area or in Netsuite’s Customer Center. Make sure to follow our documentation and integration guide to prevent any errors.Â
Tip: Use the NetSuite reconciliation bundle troubleshooting
Note: It’s important to enable the API PCI role to avoid refused payments. Reach out to Support to enable this role.
