How to Manage Account Holders in Customer Area
This video explains how to manage account holders in the Customer Area.
Start by logging into the customer area.
Then, navigate to Platforms and Balance accounts.
Here, you can find all the balance accounts that are associated with the account holders on your platform.
To find the balance account that is linked to your account holder, use the account holder filter at the top of the page or the search function by searching for the specific balance account ID, reference, or description.
On the balance accounts details page under the “sweep configuration” section, you can find all information related to existing payouts that have been configured for that account holder.
On the balance accounts details page, you can also find a list of scheduled payouts, details about the balance account, and the schedules linked to each sweep. You can make changes to any of the configured payouts by clicking on the three dot menu next to the sweep. Here you can deactivate the scheduled payout or delete it if it’s no longer applicable.
If you’d like to set up a new scheduled payout for the account holder associated with this balance account, you can click on the “Add sweep configuration” button on the top right corner of the page.
Here you can select, “Payout schedule” as the type of sweep you would like to set up. It’s important to note that you will need to have the “Manage sweep configurations” in order to do this.
The next step is to fill out all the details around how you would like the payout to be performed. This includes the amount you would like to payout, if the funds should be pushed to a balance account or transfer instrument, and the schedule to which the payout will adhere.
Once you’ve set up the scheduled payout, you can find a summary of the details regarding the payout in the “Sweep configuration” section.
